Chandigarh: A mega-conference of North India - 'Evidence of cure for the incurable' was held recently. The conference was organized under the aegis of Hospital and Institute of Integrated Medical Sciences (HIIMS) Group, which has its flagship hospital at Dera Bassi near Chandigarh. Founders of HIIMS - Ayurveda and Meditation Guru Acharya Manish and Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury spoke about how many Ayurveda-based scientific treatment protocols used in combination with other systems like Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Allopathy, etc. had been put into place to cure diseases of the liver, kidney, heart and even cancer by experts at HIIMS.   Chandigarh :  The Gravitational Resistance and Diet (GRAD) system developed by Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury, PhD in diabetes management looks promising and is set to provide a ray of hope for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients. The reason: a first ever Prospective Cohort Study on Effectiveness of the Ayurveda principle based GRAD system, in reversing Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) among dialysis patients, has resulted in encouraging outcomes.
