Vinod Kumar Singla (middle) shows the FIR of the forgery case at a press meet in  Chandigarh Chandigarh :  An FIR has been registered against Pankaj Kumar Kansil and Anuj Gupta, both Directors of Atulaya Healthcare Pvt. Ltd, a leading player in the Tricity's health sector, which has recently tied up with the TATA Group, at Sector 11 Police Station for allegedly committing acts of fraud. The case has been registered against the duo on the complaint of Vinod Kumar Singla under Sections 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) read with Section 120-B of the IPC. Kumar's complaint to SSP,  Chandigarh  was investigated by DSP Central for three months and a case was lodged after taking the DA legal's opinion.
